Account Deletion

Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1 and Google Play account-deletion rules require a clear way to delete an account created in the app. Benim Stüdyom supports that both in the app and by email.

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to Benim Stüdyom.
2. Open More → Settings (or Settings).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your user account and the studio data tied to it: customers, appointments (including before/after photos), services, and the studio profile. You will be signed out. This cannot be undone.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email tafjoylab@gmail.com from the same address you used to register.

• Subject: Benim Stüdyom account deletion
• Include the account email and studio name

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 7 days (usually faster). We aim to acknowledge email within 24–48 hours.

3. What is deleted

• Your login (email, name, password hash)
• Studio profile (name, phone, address, hours)
• Customers, appointments, services, notes, and appointment photos
• Server-side backups are not kept as a separate archive after account deletion

Any JSON backup file you previously saved on your own device or computer is not deleted by us — you should erase those copies yourself if you no longer want them.

4. Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. To avoid further charges, cancel auto-renew in:

• iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

5. Uninstall only

Removing the app from your phone deletes local login data on that device. Server data stays until you delete the account using the steps above.
