What to include

The email address of your Benim Stüdyom account
Your studio name
Your device (iPhone or Android) and app version if you know it
A short description of the problem and screenshots if useful

Subscriptions and refunds

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel a subscription, use your Apple or Google subscription settings. For a refund, request it from Apple or Google. We can help you identify the account, but the store completes the refund.

Account help

Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” in the app. The reset code is sent to your registered email.

To delete your account and studio data, use Settings in the app or follow Account Deletion.
